Available Positions and Qualifications

Junior Executive – Research & Development

  • Educational Qualification: Full-time, first-class Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. A relaxation of 5% is provided for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification industrial experience in Design, R&D, or Product Development within a manufacturing environment.

Junior Executive – Quality

  • Educational Qualification: Full-time, first-class Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. A relaxation of 5% is provided for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-qualification industrial experience in Quality functions, specifically in Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Assembly sectors.

Junior Executive – Civil

  • Educational Qualification: Full-time, first-class Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks. A relaxation of 5% is provided for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification industrial experience in Project or Construction activities.

Age Limit and Relaxations

  • Upper Age Limit: 27 years as of the interview date.
  • Relaxations:
    • SC/ST Candidates: Additional 5 years.
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: Additional 3 years.
    • PwBD Candidates: Additional 10 years over the standard relaxation.

Compensation Structure

Selected candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Tenure Contract Basis for a total period of 4 years, with annual extensions based on performance and business requirements. The consolidated remuneration is structured as follows:

  • 1st Year: ₹28,000 per month
  • 2nd Year: ₹31,000 per month
  • 3rd Year: ₹34,000 per month
  • 4th Year: ₹37,500 per month
